Therapeutic Community is a tool that the
Administration uses to prepare the client
for reintegration to the community as a
reformed, rehabilitated, productive, drug-
free and law abiding person.

Restorative Justice is a process through
which remorseful offenders accept
responsibility for their misconduct,
particularly to their victims and to the
community. It creates obligation to make
things right through proactive involvement
of victims, ownership of the offender of the
crime and the community in search for
solutions which promote repair,
reconciliation and reassurance.
Volunteerism is a program of the Parole
and Probation Administration (PPA) aimed
at generating maximum, effective and
efficient citizen participation and
community involvement in the process of
client rehabilitation, prevention of crime and
the overall administration of criminal
justice.
