Role OF INDIAN VALUES in
LEADERSHIP.
• The Essence of leadership is well explained in the
Bhagavad gita – Chapter 7, Verse 11 by lord
Krishna to Arjuna “I am the strength of those who
are devoid of personal desire and attachment. O
Arjuna, I am the legitimate desire in those, who
are not opposed to righteoussness”

• LESSON-It is very important that a leader is the one who believes

in self-excellence which is attained by doing his duties rightly first.

CONCLUSION

Whether you are working in a leadership role or in a more

operational capacity, understanding the drivers of organizational
effectiveness will help you do a better job and help the
organization advance in multiple ways. Effectiveness is, for
example, about securing valuable resources and capabilities,
optimizing processes, satisfying stakeholders, and ensuring that
the organization reaches the goals it set out to achieve. Each of
these perspectives can be used to measure and improve how
effective the organization is – and create a well-oiled machine
that positively impacts its employees, stakeholders, shareholders,
and the broader community it operates in.
• Values help to guide our behaviour it decides what we think as for right, wrong, good or
unjust.
• Values are more or less permanent in nature. They represent a single belief that guide
actions and judgment across objects and situations. They derived from social and
cultural mores
• Values have a impact on every decision of a person
• The person with the strong values can able to take more effective decision.
• There are many values which we can learn from our holy books and other historical
book which helps the people to build strong values.
• Values can't be learned in one day it takes time to learn values and there is saying that
• “Things learned In childhood lives lifelong with person”
• If we teach Indian values in childhood we can get more leaders like Sundar pichai etc.
