Industry 4.0 for Resilient Operations
Objectives:
 To understand the environment of smart factory/ smart operations and making students aware of various technological aspects
of this industrial revolution.
 The students shall be exposed to some Multi-criteria decision making tools in identifying the right technologies through variety
of technological possibilities in the era of Industry 4.0.
 To explore growing literature advocating connections between Lean Six Sigma, Resilience, Sustainability, and Circular
Economy in the light of Industry 4.0.
 The course aims to sufficiently provide the students with the know-how of industry 4.0 implementation in the business world.

Outcomes:
 
After completion of the course, students would be able to :
 To look at the different business dimensions like strategy, leadership, product design, organization culture, governance and
technology through Industry 4.0 lens.
 To get exposure on dimensions which are primarily resilience and sustainability, given their relevance in the times of pandemic
which subsequently would be driven towards effective crisis management practices.
