What is a Project Manager?


• The person responsible for working with the project
sponsor, the project team, and the other people involved
in a project to meet project goals (Schwalbe, 2010)
• The person responsible for leading a project from its
inception to execution. This includes planning, execution
and managing the people, resources and scope of the
project (Janssen, 2010)
