I constructed a model of the solar system with the planets scaled to the appropriate sizes and colored as suggested. Mercury is orange and 3 cm, Venus is yellow and 5 cm, Earth is blue and 5 cm, Mars is red and 4 cm, Jupiter is brown with a red spot and 10 cm, Saturn is yellow with a red ring and also 10 cm, Uranus is green and 8 cm, and Neptune is blue and 8 cm. The sun is yellow and the largest at 25 cm.
