The technological side of Recreational
Activities. 20XX

Based on a study about the role of ICT on Leisure activities, there are four ways which the
ICT can affect the Leisure activities such as; the replacement of a traditional activity with
an ICT counterpart, the generation of new ICT activities (that displace other activities),
the ICT-enabled reallocation of time to other activities, and ICT as a facilitator of leisure
activities. (Mokhtarian P. , Salomon I. et.al ,2004). ICT provides people with countless of
choices they can apply to themselves wherein would be able to challenge them to be in a
flexible manner.
