ORGANIZATION. IT IS A PRE-PLANNED APPROACH TO TEST
THE EMPLOYEE SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES IN ORDER TO
PLACE HIM OR HER AT THE RIGHT PLACE. IN ADDITION TO
IT, IT REDUCES THE MONOTONY OF THE JOB AND GIVES
