This building, I believe is

missing an essential
element that would’ve
reduced cost of
construction while adding
a better design feature.
That is by using one of 3
ways to reduce air
resistance and turbulence
in high rise buildings
which include : 1-
tapering 2- cross cutting
3- hollow element

In this building I have noticed a

strong glare of sun rays directly at
the window. Therefore, the
restaurant owners installed curtains
which block it, but the
unfortunately the customers are
missing the beautiful view due to
that slight imperfection. I suggest
adding a vertical element that is
porous which doesn’t choke the
buildings yet still allows for valid
natural light to enter.

SUMMARY
I believe there are many beautiful designs in the city, but I would like to
see more interesting and functional design features implemented on all
commercial buildings.
