■ Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace


Diversity- is about representation or the make-up of an entity
Equity - is the concept of providing fair opportunities for all
of your employees based on their individual needs.
Inclusion- is about how well the contributions, presence, and
perspectives of different groups of people are valued and
integrated into an environment.
Equality seeks to provide all employees with access to the
same resources, regardless of the pre-existing barriers they
may face.

2. Set Key Performance Indicators - Track progress over
extended periods of time
3. Involve the entire team- Mix up your teams

6. Sponsor employee resource groups. Make it easy for your
people to participate in employee resource groups
