    When do we use the Present Continuous?

    We use the Present Continuous for things that are happening at


    the moment of speaking.

    I ’m waiting for you in the park.

    They aren’t getting ready.

    A: Is he sleeping?
    B: No, he isn’t.

    How do we make the Present Continuous (2)?

    Spelling rules: -ing Verb -ing form Rule


    Most verbs go going + -ing
    look looking

    Verbs ending in -e live living –e + -ing

    Verbs ending in vowel + swim swimming double the final
