    Typical Operational Sequence:


    Rig up equipment from production test manifold
    Pressure test lines
    Flow through test separator

    Set separator pressure and level
    Perform metering period: Acquire oil, gas rates measurement, water cut, shrinkage tester
    Check fluids properties every 30 min, capture water sample, if applicable
    Bypass liquid meters and drop liquid in the separator
    Divert flow back to the production line
    Depressurize separator and well test lines
    Rig down equipment
    Complete wellsite housekeeping and leave the wellsite

    Typical Operational Sequence:


    Rig up equipment from kill line or swab valve on xmas tree to re-inject port
    Pressure test lines
    Open re-injection port
    Divert the flow through the well test equipment smoothly, maintaining the well head pressure as steady as possible.
