    Executed Projects

    Isopan Halle – We have build in Germany for Isopan


    Deutschland a facility for fabrication of sandwich
    panels, total foorprint 44.000 sqm builded in 11
    months. At this project we have been the General
    Contractor and we have done the Project Management
    and execution of infrastructure, Concrete works, steel
    structure, closing roof and facades, road infrastructure,
    instalations below ground mechanical and electrical
    instalations.
    Heraeus – In Timisoara Romania we have
    construct and done Project Management for
    facility of Heraeus Romania; Company whose
    Main activity is the production of soldering
    and tinplate materials, as well as adhesives
    for the electronics industry. Heraeus Romania
    also produces DCB substrates (ceramic plates
    coated with copper sheets). DCBs (also
    known as MCS - Plated ceramics with metal
    substrates) are the most used products for
    circuits in the field of power electronics. In
    the scope of works we head 15.000 sqm of
    facilty which contain 120 sqm of clean rooms
    with controlled temperature 20-22 °C, Clas
    10.000, Airchange 8x, Exhaust 1.500 mc/h,
    Airchange 1.500 mc/h.
    Stada Hemofarm – Fo Pharmaceutical Company
    Stada we have build in Timisoara, Romania, facilty
    with surface of 2.500 sqm, the main scope of work
    was building of clean rooms and laboratory for
    certification of pharmaceutical products produced
    worldwide. The laboratory was build in order to
    perform physicochemical and HPLC laboratory tests.
    In Koln we have succesfolly finished in 2019 a
    construction 33.000 sqm with 2 cold rooms with
    total surface of 10.500 sqm, for our partner Trans
    Gourmet.
    For our Client Global East European Investment we have
    bild as General Contractor an Office Building in Bucharest
    34.000 sqm. We had take the contractual obligation to
    hand over to the client all necessary documentation for
    Gold Leed Certificate
    For Automotive Industry as a
    subcontraoctor of Eisenmann we
    have produced delivered and
    Installed 6.300 tones of steel
    structure for new paintshops:

    In Novi Sad for Nepi we have build the biggest shoping center in Serbia.

    Promenada Novi Sad is a facility with 2 under ground floors with dept of 7 m.

    Excavation of 231.652,80 m3, 149.000 sqm of constructed surface, 78.000 m3


    of concrete and 10.200 tones of steel reinforcement installed in 8 months
    For this Project we have executed in our
    production facilty from Arad 504 tones of
    steel structure. Fire proof painted accordingly
    to local Serbian Regulation.
