You can select any of the two modes available for payment

Payment in case of CC
Online Payment

Offline Payment
Filing : Pending Payment Cases
Pending Payment Cases
To check if a case is pending for payment,
Click on Pending payment cases submenu under Filing (By Complainant/Advocate)
menu.

This page shows cases that are pending for payment.


Click on Proceed to pay button to pay the fee.
Filing : Case Filing Payment(Payment Details)
1.Next screen is showing the Case Filing Payment details.
2.Mode of Payment can be chosen either as offline or online.
●Online Mode: Online payment through Debit/Credit card, Internet Banking, IMPS, UPI or Adhaar
based payments on the left panel
●Offline Mode: Pay offline through Bank DD/IPO, challan or NEFT/RTGS
Click on Payments details Entry button to pay offline as shown in the right panel

Offline Payment :
The basic case details and fee amount will be displayed to user
1.Type in Payment Date, Bank Name, Ref. No in the text fields.

●Uploaded document will be displayed with its name. Only PDF document will get uploaded
●Click on Submit Payment button

Offline Payment :
●On click of "Submit Payment" button , user will get confirmation message about
successful payment.
Case will now be viewable under “Pending Approval Cases” tab

Online Payment :
For Online payment through Debit/Credit card, Internet Banking, IMPS, UPI or Adhaar based
payments please see the left panel

Click on "Pay Online" button to pay online

●Click on Submit Payment button to proceed with the online payment process
●Now you will be redirected to Payment Gateway Page.

1. On next page, Online Payment screen will show the details of the case
●Depositor's Name and address details
●Purpose and Payment details

1.At the Bottom of the page, you will see Confirm button. Click on it to proceed further.

1. Choose payment aggregator out of the options available.
2. Click on the button to choose the medium for paying the fee

Online Payment :In this case, the channel selected is Debit Card, it
will show different networks to choose from.

Click on View User Charge to see the charges list

Online Payment :
• Type in Captcha code and mark checkbox tick to accept terms
and conditions
• Click on Pay Button

Online Payment :
●On next screen enter card details like card number, card holder
name, CVV number from the back of your card and select expiry date from the dropdownlist
●Click on Pay Now button. You will get OTP

●Enter the OTP
●Click on Submit button to complete the payment

● You will be displayed Complete Payment Details on next page.
● If you click on Print Receipt button, the receipt will get downloaded

Online Payment Receipt will look like as shown below

You may save the downloaded Receipt for your reference.

Successful Payment :
You can also get the receipt under Print Payment receipt
section
Filing :Pending Approved Cases
After Payment :
Once payment is successful, it will list case under
Pending Approved Cases section until approved by commission
Filing : Failed Transaction
1. In case, payment got failed, then it will list under Failed
Transactions heading.

2. To check a failed transaction status, click Check Failed Transaction under Filing menu

• You can initiate the payment process again by choosing the case from the Pending Payment
Cases section
