1. Out line
This is a countermeasure for when XN-550 gets “Hand F-B motor error ”
or “Mixing error” because sample hands do not move up high enough
caused by poor pressure regulation.

There is no kit that includes all the parts. Each part has to be ordered separately.

3. Preparation
(1) Make a roll with POLYURETHANE 6x4, 3200mm in length, then make roll
diameter 150mm, and apply four tie wraps to the roll. (see picture below)
(2) Put HYDRAULIC CONNECTOR NO.23 to both tubing ends.
(3) Connect POLYURETHANE 3.4x1.8 to both HYDRAULIC CONNECTOR
NO.23
(4) Apply two tie wraps to POLYURETHANE 3.4x1.8

4. Working procedure
(1) Remove auto sampler cover, left side cover. Open right cover,
remove two top covers.

(2) Loosen Mount No.7060 fixing screws and remove the mount.

(3) Remove 4 screws that are fixing Cover NO.3765, and remove the
cover.

(4) Disconnect the tubing from the chamber top. (see below picture, red
circled)
(5) Disconnect the other end of the tubing that was removed above,
from T joint.

(6) Remove the clamp (circled in red in below picture) below the stain
set station and attach the clamp LWS-8S-2.5W.

(7) Place the POLYURETHANE 6x4, 3200mm, assembled in step “3.
Preparation” at the left side of the instrument. (See picture below)

(8) Route two tubing ends POLYURETHANE 3.4x1.8 assembled in
step 3, around valve assy NO.226 DP. (See red circle in below
picture)
(9) Route the tubing to auto sampler,
and connect them to the chamber
and T joint disconnected in step (4)
and (5) (500mm -> chamber,
450mm -> T joint)
Caution:
When putting the cover No.365
back, adjust the tubing length in the
sampler so that the tubing are not
kinked, pinched

(10) Put all removed covers back.
(12) Set 20 samples in the auto sampler and run. Verify no error
occurs.
