    Conditional Formatting
     This feature of excel is useful for cell
    formatting based on values as well as to
    highlight & visualize the data via colors,
    icons & data bars.
     Responsible for spread sheet of complex data
    easier to read by formatting cells based on
    data contained
    Steps to apply conditional formatting
    Selection of cell to format
    Go to home tab
    Then select conditional formatting
    style.
    Data Filtering in excel

     Data filtering refers to purify your data

     It effectively select that data which is useful

    to show and explain.

     Simplest way for filtering the day is auto

    filter.
    Steps for data filtering
     Use Headings for each column at the top arrow e.g,

    to elaborate the feature of each column separately.


     Data in each column should be of one type only
     Avoid interruption by using blank arrows & columns
     Data should be separated by the other column to

    examine properly.

    It is another feature of excel which also


    referred to arrange data in same order
    like numerically , chronologically &
    alphabetically in order in excel work
    sheet.
