STORY-1
I had gone at dairy shop to buy
paneer. I gave 500 INR to shopkeeper
by mistake he returned me 1700INR
he thought i gave him 2000 note. But
when I tell him that you returned me
more money by mistake. Then he
said you are really good man and he
gave me 250 gram extra paneer. This
experience is few year back.
GOOD SERVICE EXPERIENCE
STORY-2
We recently purchased a new tv and was looking for a brand
new DTH connection and finally came to the conclusion that
Tata Sky fulfils our need the best the very first 4 days it
worked perfectly but after that, the quality dropped &
sometimes even there was network loss due to weather
changes. Thinking that i called the customer care number of
Tata Sky, might help me with the network error. The Tata Sky
serviceman reached my location within 40 mins of placing
the complaint.
The Tata Sky serviceman was super cooperative with me &
repaired the dish antenna within 15 mins. After the repair,
checking the video quality it was all back to normal and it

I wanted to open an account in XYZ company, but they
didn’t respond to my calls properly in the start. Then
after told me that they would help me create it
through online and then left with no response for a
week. As I wanted to open the account ASAP. I jumped
to other bank for it.

I was using abc network and too often there was network
issues. I called for the customer care to sort out the
issue,they asked for many details and then they said they
would connect my call to their superior and they will resolve
your problem they said. But the call was disconnected after
a minute.Again I tried by that time also same thing
happened. Fed up with the network I decided switch my
network and sent a message requesting for port code.
Within 10 mins a person from abc network called and said
he would like to help me out in sorting all the problems.
Then I said ok wait and then after a minute I disconnected
:)
