MY EATING

HABBITS

FOODS I EAT
• I usually have an unhealthy diet. During weekdays for breakfast, I have
toast, and on weekends I eat fried potatoes and similar foods. I don't like to
eat olives and cheese. For lunch on weekdays, I eat the food provided at
school, on weekends I usually don't have lunch . For dinner, I usually eat
the meals my mom cooks, and except for meat dishes, I like most of the
food she makes. After meals, I sometimes eat fruits that my dad buys, like
bananas or strawberries.
SNACKS
• At snack time, I usually go for foods like cookies, or chocolate, which are not
very healthy options. Sometimes I eat fresh fruits like apples or bananas.
DRINKS
• Usually, I have options like sugary and carbonated drinks among my
beverage choices. These drinks contain too much sugar and calories, and
they are not good for my health. Instead, choosing to drink water, freshly
squeezed fruit juices, or sugar-free drinks is a better choice.
