    Request For Fund

    With due respect sir, I am here to request for the above subject
    matter for the purpose of performing the task regarding
    Certificate for outgoing Excos and designation of WEHD's Polo.

    Therefore, the description and the amount we need to process


    this project is as follows:

    1. The total number of certificate needed is............31


    2. The amount needed for the 31 certificates...........₦13,950
    3. Designation of WEHD'S Polo.................................₦5000
    3. The amount needed for the movement of these issue is...
    ₦1500
    Therefore the Total of all description is....................₦20,450
