Alberto Mora

Alberto Mora, the general counsel of the Navy from 2001 to 2006, is a senior fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School’s Carr Center for Human Rights Policy.  He filed an amicus brief for plaintiffs in the Al Shimari case.
