Anne Holt

Anne Holt is Norway's bestselling female crime writer. She began her career in the Oslo police department before founding her own law firm. She was then appointed to government and served as Norway's minister for justice in the late 1990s. Her first book was published in 1993 and she has subsequently developed two series: the Hanne Wilhelmsen series and the Vik/Stubo series, both of which will be published by Corvus in 2011.
