Good security I feel safe with, I have used Norton for many years. I used to work for a charity which required very high online security for its confidentiality policy and was happy to use the same product for my home use when I bought my first computer and have stayed with it since.

Been a Norton user for many years and to date have not had any serious issues from viruses, malware etc. New features introduced have proved equally helpful and useful.

Some one was able to get my credit card information and it was stopped before they had a chance to use it!
My computer never has viruses anymore and I love the way I can cut information off at anytime!

Been using Norton for years and find it very effective and good value for money although I do have to shop around and renegotiate the price every time since the auto renewal price is always too high. User interface is very easy to navigate and I find the Password Manager especially useful. Customer service has been easy to reach and very professional when I've needed it.

It is a great , comprehensive, evolving product, keeping abreast of online threats in many ways. I am now finding it, and the ad ons getting too expensive now, as I no longer work full time. Recommended products for families and business alike.

i choose to use Norton as i feel it is a great company. very helpful, courteous and will always be there when i have a problem.. i feel safe with the things i have in place and love the fact that i get a message and warning when i venture into bad areas of the internet. it keeps my credit cards safe and does not sell my info,. would highly recommend.

I have used Norton Antivirus for many years. They are a good company and respond well to questions asked of them.

However I do not like the constant pushing to add this piece of software or another. The main reason for not giving a 5 star is the "renewal" pricing. They wanted $214 dollars to renew antivirus and utilities - I have disable the auto renewals.

The simple truth being that I can purchase the safe software via digital download, af $24.99 for norton 360 with darkweb and such installed, and $29.99 for the Norton Utilities Ultimate - that is a combined total of $54.98 - so why are they charging $214

Supervisors does not have answer and disconnects the call. The support does not know how to escalate the calls and other support persons says its not him the other person.

No ethics or professionalism.

Having been promised a free computer tune up after purchasing a Norton 360 Deluxe. having literally spent hours with numerous consultants and no tune up just left with 'Administrator' on laptop made a review on trustpilot. Request from Norton for details and contact, supplied. Response 'will review' then nothing. Just want 'Administrator' removed PLEASE

I’ve been using Norton products for many years, and I’m very happy with them.

Norton Internet Security: I used this for 10 years, and it kept my computer and online activities safe.

Norton 360: I switched to Norton 360 and used it for 3 years. It provided excellent security features.

Norton AntiVirus Plus: Currently, I’m using Norton AntiVirus Plus. It continues to protect my computer and online activities effectively.

Overall, Norton products have always provided reliable security, and I highly recommend them.

Norton provides me with great protection for the level of cover which I purchased. My only niggle is the constant reminders of additional cover which I could purchase.
