The graphical user interface for Releaf’s website is incredibly user friendly even if you’re not familiar with use of the Internet. From the very outset, the website allowed me to book a consultation which was also easy to do. The consultation was done via video link and this was also relatively simple to access and use.
I was immediately made to feel at ease by my consultant, and any medical questions asked never felt invasive or judgemental which is of paramount importance to a patient when discussing medical issues. The whole consultation from start to finish was painless (pardon the pun), and Releaf kept me informed every step of the way regarding my medication via e-mail and text. I was able to know when it was processing, dispatched and delivered.
My medication was tailored to my individual needs by my consultant, and delivery was tracked all the way, and also came discreetly packaged with absolutely no aroma whatsoever emanating from the contents.
Although a new patient, I feel that I will be able to take back some control of my life, and be able to finally achieve the pain management that I require lessening the amount of allopathic medicines taken.
