Sigh... just got another upgrade from Mori. Said it would make me "more immune to bullets." Like, no! That's the exact opposite of what I want! But nooo, the old man never listens to whatever what I want to do with MY body. Like lazer eyes or something. Idk. Something COOL for once.
I and probably most other people would much prefer it if you didn't have laser eyes — that'd be just one big mess waiting to happen

Okay, maybe not lazer eyes specifically, but something cool for once! I'm an android, but Mori seems determined to make me as close to a human as possible. What is the point? I'm never going to be human anyway, so why does he try so hard? It's just frustrating and pointless.
Well, dearie, I can't speak on Mr. Mori's personal thoughts, but it is generally considered impressive to make something that is considered nonhuman become human by any other perception.
