Kaoru comments that its Hide's 'kanreki', or 60th birthday, and that he will have to give him a red chanchanko (Traditional outfit people wear to celebrate their kanreki, but Kaoru uses 'kurenai' instead of 'akai' for 'red')
The photo shows a section of the letter Hide wrote to Kaoru before he died, and the words read, 'Keep trying hard with the band! Thanx'
Kaoru then comments, 'We still have a way to go, but just as you say, I'm still trying hard with the band'
Kaoru has always said this letter is his most prized possession, and as far as I know he hasn't shown it in public before now.
