Hi there! We do require an email address for the exchange. Unfortunately it would be too time consuming and unwieldily for me to have to communicate with each participant in a different way. You are welcome to make a free email address with several providers - such as gmail - that you use only for fandom. You do not have to use your wallet name.

“Hey, soldier,” Jeremy says, sliding into the space Andrew left. Jean looks at him, and swallows. “Soldier?” Jeremy smiles, small and bashful and with just a peek of teeth. Jean resists the urge to poke at his canines. “Y’know, wounded soldier, coming back from war,” he says, then bumps their shoulders together, gesturing down at his knee. “You hurt your knee, right?” “Does that make you the loyal wife awaiting his return from the war?” Allison asks archly, glancing over from Renee, Dan and Seth to look at Jeremy. Jean doesn’t think he can cope with an answer to that question, so he quickly says to Jeremy, “Sort of.”

Jean gets a mysterious injury, Jeremy is distracted, Katelyn is shipping, Allison is scheming, the lacrosse team has too many group chats, and Kevin just wants to study for their midterm.

or: three times someone waited for jerejean to make a move, and one time they finally did.

TRIALS AND TRIBULATIONS OF KEEPING A VAMPIRE AS A RESCUE

In a perfect world, someone else would be on Kevin duty today. “You are literally a vampire,” Aaron grouses. “You don’t need sleep. How the fuck are you so bad at getting here on time?” “I am immortal,” Kevin says patiently, as if what he’s about to say is reasonable instead of—undoubtedly—infuriating. “Time is irrelevant.” Yep, Aaron was right. Fucking infuriating. “I will stake you,” he grumbles, then wraps his hand around Kevin’s wrist. “Come on, we’re already late.”

It’s not every day that you go monster-hunting and end up with a pet vampire instead. Aaron really just wanted a dog, but he supposes this isn’t so bad.

(It’s not every day that a monster-hunter finds you, and instead of staking you, brings you home and teaches you how to do laundry. Kevin’s not sure what he wanted, but he’s glad he got this.)

Neil pulls back, and Aaron follows him, chasing his mouth. Neil weaves away from it and brings both hands to Aaron’s face, holding him still, centimeters away. Aaron feels Neil’s breath when he whispers, “Still just friends, right?”
Aaron thinks a lot of things in quick succession. Then he says quietly, “Yes. Just friends.”

While Aaron is figuring out how to be part of Andrew’s life, his friendship with Neil changes into something more. Too bad he doesn’t want to call Neil anything other than a friend.

Four years into his professional career, Andrew Minyard is selected to join Team USA's Exy squad for the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics. What he anticipates will be three dull weeks of training and competition takes an unexpected turn with the appearance of a volunteer with a gentle smile, and a knack for seeing right through Andrew's defences.

A wizard is never late...

You are welcome to scroll lower for bonus sketch and a bunch of headcanons that I developed while drawing (and praying for my iPad to live).

My wonderfully gift-reciever gave me a bunch of very interesting and exquisitely unique prompts! My eyes and ideas were running in different directions, but o stopped on different-au-andrews-minyards-meeting (even so my brain tried very hard to turn it into full blown comic book).

So what if we take our typical Andrew and put him in a safe space with another Andrew, who had a much softer live and was adopted by Bee at the very small age?

Headcanon pile in no particular order

- softer!Andrew due to his far less traumatic childhood defiantly wont be as edgy as our favorite canon boy

- s!Neil still has a lot of scars because of spending his earlier years with his father in very unhealthy environment

-s!Andrew still has some facial piercings

- he also wears colours and probably experimented more with his appearance (that's where the longish hair comes from)

-he still had to rescue Aaron and then take care of him, but maybe in a less violent way. Who knows perhaps there wasn't any car crashes...

-yes they are sitting at Edens ofc

- both of them at first would probably be like "well fuck, didn't know we were fucking triplets"

-s!Andrew learned self defense and is also maybe even more driven to violence as a working method of communication

-the soft pare is probably some weird type of high-school sweethearts, but the kind who gave everyone creeps and dead stares

-Neil canonically wears jorts, so who am I to resist T0T
