Introduction!

Hello! My name is Daisy! (Or Shaaliz, really, whatever you prefer) Former Q user .chloesbennet and .cassunzel

I mostly post about Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., 99% of my content is just that. I do bring up general Marvel stuff from time to time, though, and I also talk about Critical Role, D&D, Epic: the Musical, Doctor Who, Tangled: the Series, PJO, and many others

My views on Loki:

I am an ANTI LOKI SERIES blog! I love Loki as a character prior to the series, but heavily dislike how the show depicted him and how they just twisted him into something he's not. I am partial to Lokius in the context of s2, though I do acknowledge that there are many problems with it as well

As Thor: Ragnarok was the first Marvel movie I saw, I have a soft spot for it and tend to treasure it (nostalgia, what can we do about it?). However, I've grown to realize that it wasn't the best for Loki in terms of character and they planted the seeds for the Loki series to just. Absolutely slaughter him

Overall, if you like the series, this blog isn't for you, most of my Loki posts are against the series

Okay, give me some advice for a fic please.

So for the gen Loki fic exchange, I have an idea. If you haven't seen Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 6, basically in one episode aliens put two characters' consciousness into a virtual reality because they want these characters to show them some knowledge. These characters refuse, but they can't leave this prison. Instead, they see a bunch of things from their past that traumatized them and have to fight them. And I think that sort of technology would be awesome in the fic I want to write, but I have no way of knowing if the person who requested the prompt I'm doing has seen Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. I can explain in an author's note what happens, and I can tell them which episode to watch if they want to see it for themselves. But would that be weird?

Edit: for context the gen relationship is Loki, Natasha, Bruce and/or Clint. Also if I do decide to not connect it to Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., I'd probably have Hydra be the villains. And I'm leaning towards it being Loki & Clint and that they specifically learned something during the time period that Clint was mind controlled. And now I'm starting to lean towards the idea of it being Hydra...

I think you could make it work! The idea of a mind prison is pretty common across media, it just matters how it works in that world. For Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., it was advanced alien tech, while for a fantasy show, they might opt for a mind-sharing spell that allows them to exist in a neutral space (spit-balling ideas here). I think if you specify that it's a mind-prison, it makes enough sense

Me personally, I would recommend the episode, but that's just bc I'm an AoS addict who recommends the show to everyone regardless of who they are

April fools? He was also in tons of MCU projects outside of AoS so he could even cameo in Doomsday, and it wouldn't be that surprising.

S2 E15 Agents of Shield 10th Anniversary

Saw what Skye’s capable of with her powers

Cheered as May shot Gonzales! (That guy’s a jerk!)

Smiled as May helped Coulson escape in the cool hidden elevator in his office!

Raised our eyebrows at them calling each other by their first names (Oof, you know the argument is bad if they don’t call each other by their last name)

Let out a small sigh of relief as Fitz and Simmons made a silent truce as SHIELD was being taken over (Now kiss! Oops! Sorry! That’s next season!)

Shook our heads as one of Fitz’s only friends lied to him, but gained a little respect for Mack as he saved Fitz’s life (Though he still has some explaining to do about “The Real SHIELD)

I’m so sorry this is so late! Work and college are kicking my butt!
