Just got blocked by some 'famous' woman on tiktok bc I told her that she was being condescending to me and she DELETED THE VID 💀

I didn't even say anything aggressive I just said that it isn't shocking if a gentle cover of a song with cannibalism themes gets used for clothes hauls(almost entirely by Korean creators who have NEVER indicated that they know enough english to understand the lyrics) bc people use horror audios for transition edits all the time and TikTok inherently expects you to separate and prior knowledge of context, she accused me of making it too deep (as if she didn't make an entire video doing an eye twitch at the thought of an audio being used out of content) and did the patronising 'whatever you say 💔'

So I said she was being condescending and refusing to listen when anybody else wanted to express depth of thought and she deleted my comment, blocked me, and deleted the vid. 😭 She could've blocked me after the first comment but she waited until I said that I found her funny before she was rude to me. Like don't get me wrong I love blocking people but that seemed WAY too extreme a reaction for the size of the interaction.

All I'm hearing is that influencers are petty and willing to nuke any post to keep the brand deals.

James is always trying to get his partners to take photos with him so he can post them for his hundreds of thousands of followers but they always say no.

Regulus and Severus take a bunch of selfies of the two of them and post them just to make James feel jealous. And it works.

- they are THE most possessive/defensive people out there. James is possessive in a very toxic way, Severus silently watches from afar, and Regulus is always up close being gentle with them to scare people out of trying to mess with them. The only person Severus would throw himself in front of a wand for is Regulus and the only time regulus would use cringe pet names is when he was trying to rub in how important they were to somebody he saw as a threat

- I see the dynamic working any way really. I love all three of them being together but also reg being with both of them separately while they HATE each other

- to lead on from that one. Them hating each other regardless of any efforts from Regulus or Lily (mainly Lily icl) to reconcile it until regulus dies. They meet at his grave by accident and James ends up collapsing into him and crying. They never mention it.

- Professor Severus ofc (in this world he gets to keep the dada position), professional quidditch player James, and healer Regulus

- I love love love Jegulus getting together first and then regulus either executes a master plan to get the other two together, or he gets with Severus, brings him along, and essentially goads James into at least giving it a go

- Regulus' main ways of showing affection are cheek/head kisses for Severus and doing James' hair and trimming his nails for him. James' are buying lavish, unnecessary gifts for Severus and doing whatever the hell Regulus asks of him, no question asked. Severus' are sharing his research with both of them as well as leaving them notes all over the place reminding them of things they need to do. 'James, fix the heating' 'Regulus, pick up your hat from the office' 'use the leftovers for dinner, I'll be home late' 'clean the sink' 'I love you'

- regulus' laugh is their both of their favourite sound

- they're terribly unhealthy. If it came down to it, James would pick Regulus, Regulus would pick Severus, and Severus would pick James. None of them know that they'd respond like that until they're in the situation and it's too late.

- Lily is their biggest supporter! Sirius is their biggest hater but he kind of likes Regulus and Severus together even if he pretends he doesn't. He cannot stand princechaser though.

- when Severus needs to mark essays, regulus is always immediately there with his arms around his neck, reading over his shoulder and giving suggestions. After a while, James comes in from his evening workout and looms over reg's shoulder, probably critiquing handwriting and kissing reg, which ends up being really irritating for Severus and forces him to stop marking early and suggest that they read a book together instead

- during Slytherin v gryffindor games at school Severus will wear green but he'll always secretly have red socks on and James fucking loves it

- they have a pet snake, he's called Austin. Technically he belongs to Regulus but James is his favourite.

- princewater like to play the domestic role. They're usually very gentle and sweet with each other. James brings out the toxicity in both of them.

- leaning further into the toxic side here: James volunteers to be a practice mannequin for Severus' spells. Regulus is NOT impressed but he's a trained healer so he supposes it could be a worse environment for them to do it in. Frequently he's had to walk into the living room and assess the damage done to James' torso while James is smiling and chatting with Severus like nothing even happened. Severus always does the counter-spell but Regulus has to spend hours cleaning and inspecting whatever has been done first to ensure it isn't actually fatal.

- to elaborate on the last one, a typical night probably goes something like: James on the ground, laying in Severus' chest saying 'he's so late back, I would've bled out by now if you hadn't reversed it. Regulus will still be mad when he gets back though' 'I know he will' 'don't worry, Sev, I'll tell him that you stopped me from dying' 'I do not think that he will care but thank you'

- regulus is also a little insane but he shows it through possessiveness and protecting them

- Lily and Regulus are pretty good friends, they met years ago through Severus, and Lily instantly claimed him as her own. They are rarely seen apart now.

- Severus often slips back to 'potter' when he's angry but neverrrr says 'black' instead of regulus

Transfem regulus (preferred name leonie) coming out to her mother after years of being terrified

Walburga always secretly wanted a girl so while she was startled at first, she quickly ran over to hug her baby girl and promise that they didn't have to tell Orion if she didn't want to

She gets a large suitcase of dresses from when she was a teen and sees which ones fit. Leonie is slightly chubbier and curvier than her but they make it work. She holds her daughter's face in her hands and almost cries.

But the only reason she felt safe enough to come out was because she knew she wouldn't be around much longer and she wanted her mother to know who she was before it was too late. She goes to the cave and after seeing how close they'd gotten lately, Kreacher makes the impulsive decision to drag the body out of the water and back home. Walburga sees her girl pale, cold, and drenched, then pulls her across her lap and brushes the hair out of her face. She'd just gotten to experience her dream of bonding with a daughter and it had been snatched away. She'd cradles her face gently, mumbling 'Leonie?' Again and again and again until her throat goes dry, knowing all along that she won't get a response. She probably says 'oh, my girl. My sweet daughter.' A few times too.

Or if you want less angst, she survives the cave and Walburga helps her go into hiding, then uses a loophole to change the tapestry to say that regulus died bc technically the name died and the tapestry doesn't require further explanation. Nobody needs to know that the person is still alive and well.

Sometimes I go through phases of reading a crazy ship out of curiosity but the writing turns out to be amazing and sometimes it means I get angst of my fav character so I keep reading the fics whilst still not shipping it or in any way supporting it.

And then I see the light, remember that I think it's weird, try to forget that it exists, then look back at my ao3 history a few months later with severe regret bc wtf

April-August 2024 I will not forgive you for your curiosity, I just had to decimate half of my ao3 history bc you had the 'I don't ship it but it's well written so I'll read a bit out of morbid curiosity' attitude and it's been making me feel insane. I am a changed man :(
