When the Prophet, sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, came to Al-Madinah, the people rushed to meet him, and it was said: 'The Messenger of Allah has come! The Messenger of Allah has come!

The Messenger of Allah has come!' Three times. I came with the people to see him, and when I saw his face clearly, I knew that his face was not the face of a liar.

The first thing I heard him heard him say was: 'O people! Spread (the greeting of) Salam (peace), feed others, uphold the ties of kinship, and pray during the night when people are sleeping, and you will enter Paradise with Salam.

«giving ṣadaqah on Fridays»

Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said:

"Giving al-ṣadaqah (i.e.: charity on Fridays) has a distinct advantage over the rest of the weekdays. Its superiority is similar to giving charity in the month of Ramaḍān in contrast to the rest of the months."

Wakīʿ ibn al-Jarrāḥ (رحمه الله):

“Whoever seeks ḥadīth as it came (authentically), then he is a follower of the Sunnah. And whoever seeks it to strengthen his opinion, then he is a follower of innovation.”

[Siyar Aʿlām al-Nubalāʾ: 9/144]

You can't fight Qadr. If something is written for you it'll be yours, nothing can stop that. Live your life at peace, Don't fill your heart with worry and anxiety. Your Rab, the greatest of the greatest has written your fate. Trust him.

🖋 Prophet's Duʿā

Anas b. Mālik RaḍiAllāhu-ʿAnhu narrated that Prophet Ṣallallāhu-ʿAlaihi Wa Sallam would abundantly say:

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ، وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، وَالْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ، وَضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ، وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ‏.‏

“O Allāh!! I seek refuge with You from:

• Sadness

• Depression

• Weakness

• Laziness

• Cowardice

• Stinginess

• Being overburdened with debt

• & Being overcome by men.”

● [الأدب المفرد للإمام البخاري ٨٠١ ، صححه الألباني]

«change and disturbance in life»

Ibn al-Jawzī رحمه الله said:

"Whenever you notice your life is being disturbed and changed, then recall a blessing that you have not thanked Allāh for (and thank Him for it), or a sin you have previously committed (and seek forgiveness for it)."
