i am once again thinking about our introduction to billy in jurassic park 3. the whole flirtatious moment he has with that woman, discussing how to tell the difference between rock and bone. rough and smooth. only to be interrupted by alan who immediately gets his whole attention. as if he had been talking to nobody. then we move into the iconic “blowing into a velociraptor resonating chamber while we’re looking at each other in rapt interest” scene. how incredibly bisexual.

rewatching jurassic park 3 again and I can’t stop thinking about that transition from billy guiding that girl through whats bone and rock via the description of “rough” vs “smooth” and then immediately getting up as soon as he sees alan and then the homoerotic velociraptor resonating chamber blowing scene occurring immediately after and then moving directly into a double date. billy moves fast.
