So, I initially said I was going to draw the companions but I started the Dawnguard DLC on my most recent play through of Skyrim so I decided to draw Cat!Serana because she’s a cool character (I don’t like her as a follower for how she fights, it’s very annoying)
All my TES Cat art will be tagged under #TES CAT AU on my account for ease of access to them
Let me know if you want someone specific from me, I’ll gladly do characters from other Elder Scrolls games such as Morrowind, Oblivion and ESO :3c
I wanted her to be a crazy looking and visually different from most other Nords because of her families age and thus having an extinct fur pattern, so I drew a sort of super dark classic tabby, and a ‘skunk stripe’ which is an extremely rare pattern present in a now extinct cat breed and a few living cats.
Her eyes were fun to draw because it was me being more creative with colors and general style, different from what I normally do!
NEXT I drew a Vampire lord design, I know that in-game we don’t see her take the Vampire Lord form at all but I still wanted to draw it so I could experiment!
As stated on my Thieves Guild/Nightingales page, all Nords would be long haired, double coated, cats with fluffy paws, ear tufts and very similar to Maine coons, Norwegian forest cats and similar but none would have any set breed.
I also wanted to draw a more dynamic pose and see what I can change without loosing much of what made my design her, so I used the same colors, changed the shape language and added slightly more bat-like design traits. I feel like I could have pushed it more but for now I feel it fits still and I like the art as a whole, mostly the pose.
Again the eyes were really fun to draw and I feel like they add to the monstrous look Vampire Lords have.
If I draw more of these I wanted to include race specific traits the monster forms would have, such as the serrated claws present here on Serana for both dealing tons of damage with the claws and for traveling on ice.

It's my OC Balneim with his kids Brigitte and Micah as kitty cats because I think it's cute! I also have a line up I did of some of my OCs in the cat AU as a reference for myself that I am willing to share!
from left to right (and youngest to oldest) we have Amadeus, Micah, Brigitte, Balneim and Alfri! Amadeus is Brigitte and Micah's younger sibling and Alfri is Balneim's half sister! I'll post refs of them normally some day, hopefully when I'm less busy!
my buddy @weirdisme did some posts of the Jarls (plus Elenwen and Tullius) as cats a while ago and it made me want to do my own take on them for funsies :3c
I wanted to take the elves into a even more fantasy cat-like design, so I gave high elves little wing like ears because I thought it would be cute! And the lion-like mane and tail are just something I thought would help with the silhouette.
