Okay. I can’t hold back anymore, I must share this FANTASTIC commission crafted by the amazing @aliasnnmknt!!
A couple of weeks ago, I reached out to Teri to see if she could help me bring an idea to life. This was the first time I’d ever commissioned an idea including an original character/MC, and watching Teri turn my scattered descriptions and references into the EXACT vision I had for this character was like witnessing magic. And we all know Teri’s depictions of Nanami are always A1 (and if you don’t know, you must check out her page, yesterday lol).
The level of detail she managed to incorporate in this is truly incredible, from the braids and the charms, to the sheet music, to the specific vinyl LPs! The mood captured here, in the facial expressions, in the posture and overall body language is immaculate and so true to what I wanted to convey.
I feel so blessed to have been able to collaborate with such a talented artist and to add such a wonderful illustration to this little idea that has been trotting in my mind for a while. I keep staring at it in awe and I am using it as fuel as I put the finishing touches to this story.
Working on this was such a delight, Teri is so kind, patient and incredibly quick! Thank you @aliasnnmknt, for taking my request and for crafting such a lovely piece! Anyone reading this, run, don’t walk to her blog — she delivers banger after banger after banger!
This concept is based on an upcoming Nanami x Reader fic of mine titled Syncopation. It’s a story that tackles themes that are so meaningful to me, such as combatting stifled creativity, finding purpose in life, and learning to accept love, and it’s all set against a backdrop of modal jazz music as a genre.
I’ll be posting it in the upcoming days, in the meantime, I’ve put a snippet below, if you’d like a sneak peek:
This was truly a lovely piece to make, thank you so so much for trusting me with it 🤍
Fanfic prompt anon here-I should clarify. Do you take prompts inspired by fanfics? I feel like my initial question wasn't clear enough, sorry about that.
Generally speaking, I take every type of prompt and then actually carry out those I like the most or that I feel suit me best
Most of the fanfic work I've done is a collab with the writer (often friends) or paid commissions. But i also did a couple on the spur of the moment because of how much I liked the fic
So you can definitely send me the link and hopefully I'll get around to it 🫶🏻
Your most recent piece is so good!!! Out of a curiosity, will there be a certain day when you post the prompts you get? It's cool seeing you bring to life the things people suggest!!
Hii and thank you so much! 🫶🏻
I have many prompts left and I just get around to the ones that speak to me the most or that I can see myself doing
Idk if it makes sense to share a prompt without actually doing it (I hope I managed to answer your question (?) if not I'm sorry)
I move your writing so much ✨✨✨
If you’re still taking requests, could you maybe do one about Nanami building up the courage to ask someone out? I’ve had this little head cannon that he might ask Ino about it while they’re out drinking.
Thank you so much ❤️❤️
Kento Nanami was a man of routine. He believed in order, efficiency, and the path of least resistance. Life was already a mess in the world of jujutsu, and the last thing he needed was emotional turmoil. Or so he told himself.
Yet, here he was—lingering outside your office at Jujutsu High, smoothing out the nonexistent wrinkles in his crisp dress shirt, wondering for the twentieth time today if he should finally just ask you out.
It wasn’t like he hadn’t thought about it before. He had. Too much, perhaps. It had become a persistent distraction—one that gnawed at the back of his mind even during missions. The way you always greeted him with that bright, genuine smile, the way you never seemed intimidated by his stern demeanor. You were kind but not naive, strong but not reckless. Nanami found himself drawn to you in a way that felt dangerous.
And he hated things that were dangerous.
“Nanami?” Your voice snapped him out of his thoughts, and he nearly cursed under his breath. You stood there, head tilted slightly, a curious smile tugging at your lips. “You’ve been standing there for a while. Did you need something?”
He could lie. Say he was simply passing by. But you were perceptive—he knew you wouldn’t buy it.
“…No, it’s nothing important,” he said, adjusting his tie. “Have a good evening.”
And with that, he walked away, missing the way your brows furrowed ever so slightly in confusion.
Later that night, Nanami found himself in an unexpected place: a bar with Ino.
“So, Nanami, why do you look like you’re about to have an existential crisis?” Ino asked, nursing his beer.
Nanami exhaled, taking a slow sip of his whiskey. “I do not look like I’m having an existential crisis.”
“You kinda do.”
Silence.
“…It’s about a woman, isn’t it?” Ino grinned. “Oh man, I knew it! You’ve been all weird lately.”
I'm so in love 😭

I have a few curious questions about your blog!
I hope this doesn't seem like prying or anything, but you do an amazing job with your work and I just wanted to know the method to your madness. Have a great day!
Hi! No problem, I'm happy to answer although I find it funny that you mention "my madness" cause I really wish I had more of that and less of a methodical approach 😭 but anywayyy
About the time that it takes me to finish a drawing, it really depends on a lot of things (especially on the rendering style I choose) so it could be anywhere from 2-3 hours to a couple of days, sometimes more when I really get fixated on details
Ideas are the most difficult thing sometimes because I struggle with having some sort of coherency (that's why I try to do mini series when the concept seems "expandable") but all in all, you can get ideas from basically anything and I think finding a good reference does the trick
My ask box is for prompts! Meaning if you have any suggestions to give me (describing a scene I can draw or even just a concept), I might do it (if it aligns with what I do/like). But of course, questions of any kind are welcomed
At the moment I think I have 2 ideas (lol) plus a couple of prompts I received here than I'm working on
Hope I answered thoroughly enough, thank you for asking 🫶🏻
