I'm not obsessed you're obsessed... Warhammer (but mainly Necromunda) enthusiast. 30s She/her. Profile picture by luna-mistrunner

My latest project - the super-elite rich nobles from the upper echelons of an imperial Hive city. They don rare and advanced hunting rigs, armed with all manner of weapons. They delve into the ruins to kill scavengers for sport, and rack up as high a body count as they can to prove their worth (and for fun).

Behold - Spyrer Hunters of Necromunda ๐Ÿ’€

Been a while since I posted, so here is my latest project. A repurposed rockgrinder truck, and some kitbashed minis-of-the-month from last year, I think!

Together, they form an Abyssal Ferrymen team. They help to guide the gangs of Necromunda across the wastes to delve into the depths of Hive Sekundus, in search of riches and glory - if they ever make it out alive... ๐Ÿ’€

Upon arrival at the forgotten Hive city, the team will promptly depart - they know better than to dive into that cursed place!

Here are a couple more from my new Eschers.

One more Little Sister with a toxin-coated Stiletto knife, and two of my Raptor riders!

One carries a shotgun (with acid rounds, of course), and the other a Nightshade Chem Thrower - signature special weapon of House Escher. ๐Ÿ—ก๐Ÿ’‰โ˜ฃ๏ธ

Speaking of my fall from the grace of the Emperor's light... ๐ŸŽธ๐Ÿ•ฏ

Here we have nurglings, 9 swarms frugally made from a pack of 3, and also my kitbashed beasts of nurgle made (mostly) from Flesh Hounds. #poorhammer

Beasts of Nurgle I describe as happy, not-so-bright doggos that just want to play, so... nurgle dogs. Bosh.

And finally, Shalaxi Hellbane and a unit of Daemonettes. More to come, I'm sure. I do love Daemons!

And now, Biovores!

Walking factories spawning and subsequently launching spore mines onto the battlefield - they serve the role of backline artillery, creating a living, floating minefield few should dare to traverse. May the God-Emperor have mercy should you step too close to one of it's creations!

Behold, my (interpretation of a) Lictor!

To save myself a little money, I figured I'd just make my own! I did have an old metal Lictor, but I was not a fan of the model or the pose - I wanted something more organic, less stiff.

Here's the old model in my old colour scheme, sans-claws...

... I stole the claws for the new Lictor!

For the body, I used one of the Von Ryan's Leaper models (from the combat patrol magazine). To make it a little taller, closer to the height it should be, I had it leaping from a... tentacle... thing? A token of some kind from the Battle for Macragge set from maaaany years ago. The head is spare from the venomthrope kit (I made zoanthropes!). The arms belong(ed) to a genestealer, and the claws (of course!) are metal Lictor claws. They are very heavy, but the model is somehow stable!

Here it is side by side with a regular Leaper. I'm happy with how it turned out! X
