So, unless she silently snuck out Celina knew she left to have a booty call she just wanted Lucy to admit to it.
Celina was there trying to talk to her when they were leaving and Lucy wasn't having it. She was like "I love you but I have somewhere to be and to keep up this ruse I having going in my head, we need to both be sweaty and happy in the next 55 minutes"
In my mind she just stays the night again, and the carriage just forgets to turn into a pumpkin at a midnight.
