fic master list

This is me gathering my bg3 fic into one place! I like playing around with the Dark Urge origin, especially connecting it back to the first two games—Valas is the son of my Gorion’s Ward, Feron, and Viconia DeVir. He’s most often paired with Gortash.

A deep voice comes to him that night, one he’ll hear for years to come, with five daggers as claws that draw blood from his dream-held chest. Use the tools you are given, it says, listen to what is bred in the bone.

This is an origin story: how the son of Gorion’s Ward went on to become the Dark Urge. The first half deals with Valas falling into Bhaal’s clutches, and the second his entanglement with Enver Gortash.

Further durgetash fics, in timeline order (all set pre-canon, save for the final one) (please check the tags, especially for anything rated M or E!):

He was silent but it was interesting, somehow. It was a questioning sort of silence. Puzzled. He was still. He went even more still. He was barely breathing. He was dead with anticipation. He tensed. He relaxed minutely. The seconds ticked by, silently. He waited. He narrowed his eyes. His eyes widened. He followed you with them. His eyes. He did something that was nothing but filled the required beat of a line. He

Half of my kcd screenshots are people congratulating me for winning the tourney (can you tell I'm still really proud of winning the tourney??)

I've been taking six thousand years with kcd because: I keep stopping to (pick the) flowers, never fast travel and ride Pebbles everywhere, and am very dedicated to my Henry’s bedtime routine of wine & reading practice (I’m having a grand old time)
