In this scenario, Chero's just threatening Dr. Ferox the fossa because he clocks him as a sketchy doctor riddled with covered up medical malpractice. The "him" in this situation would be Chero's brother who goes by the name of Buchero, who is in the hospital for some reason lol.

I feel like imitating styles is a strength of mine, so I wanted to do a fun challenge for myself. :)
