following them throughout their story, being introduced to their friends or family, helping them achieve their goals, finding and playing with their childhood toys, offering them comfort when the plot brings them down, using agere gear that’s canon to their world or time period, wearing clothes that match theirs, infiltrating their spaces with stickers and stuffies, being the light they may have been lacking or searching for . . .

Tips for Caregivers and Big Sibbys!
New to being a caregiver or just want some tips? We'll here you go!
All opinions from a professional ageregressor themselves!
(All regressors are different and these rules don't apply to everyone, when in doubt ask your little!)
•Don't take away pacis/stuffies/blankets or other comfort items as punishment!
Ageregressors are often prone to big feelings, and this can result in meltdowns and tantrums! (Oh my!)
Unfortunately this can lead to a time out! (Eeek!)
However comfort items should NEVER be taken away during timeout or as a form of punishment!
•Potty breaks/ reminders
Whether your little one wears diapers, pull-ups, or big kid pants, potty reminders can be helpful!
Sometimes we get too caught up in play time, or don't want our toys to miss us while we're gone!
•Snack!
The best time besides play time!
Every little has a different favorite food so ask yours!
Snacks are best served on plastic divider plates with a sippy cup or bottle of juice or milk with your Little ones favorite character on it!
•Nap time and Bed time!
Either a Littles favorite time or the bane of their existence is naps!
Eaither way getting enough sleep is important! This can mean setting a proper bedtime (ick) or nap schedule
•And of course lots of hugs and cuddles! (If your little one is okay with that)
It's a veryyy well know scientific fact babys, toddlers, and even big kids NEED these acts of affection!
(No that's not my opinion... it's a scientific fact! I swear!)

cg!logan headcanon that when you’re feeling insecure about something and telling him about it with those teary eyes, he lets out a sigh, crouches down and puts his hands around your head tenderly, eyes looking directly into yours.
“Hey, look at me, no, eyes on me kid. There we go, better. Now say it with me, I-“
“I...”
“Am.”
“A-am—“
“Loved.”
“Loved..”
“Great job kid.”
he gets up, grunting slightly, then looks down at you.
“C’mon, we’re watching a movie.”
he’ll gently put a hand out onto your head, tucking you close to his side and walking with you to the living room, grabbing the blanket and laying it over you while massaging your head with his hand.

⊹ as somebody who struggles a lot with hygiene, it's tough for me to do the same when little, but heres my personal list of tips that make it slightly easier for me! (this focuses mostly on bathtime + brushing teeth!)

cuddly early mornings, laying in bed all sleepy, gentle sunshine painting the room in a soft haze. your eyes flutter open at a soft touch to your nose, and he’s smiling at you. he leans down and kisses your temple, running a soothing hand through your hair. “sleep good snuggle bug?” you nod softly, curling up again into his arms. “mm thought so. you look adorable right now kiddo.” he leans down again with a little smile, wrapping his arms around you tighter, mumbling into your hair. “keepin’ you forever kid, right here. can’t escape papa, can you little troublemaker?” he makes you laugh, little giggles followed by a yawn. it was still sooooo early. “aww, okay okay baby, ten more minutes hm?” you shake your head, pouting. steve chuckled, smoothing down your bed-head. “alright, just kidding, how about an hour, happy?” with a satisfied nod from you, he sighs and pulls you closer, drifting back off to sleep while rubbing your back soothingly.
