i hate how you get desensitized to the cool stuff in your WIP if you've been writing it for a long time so when you read back over it you're like "this isn't as cool as i thought :(" but it still is! you just read it too many times

maybe this has been pointed out before but something that gave away Helena's identity straight away for me was this brief shot from episode one of this season.
"Helly" struggles to find the power button on the computer. As an innie your whole life has been working and getting to know office equipment. But if this is your first time ever on that room, you would not have the muscle memory to find the switch immediately.
