This is just a friendly reminder to all those out there with poor eating and drinking habits.

I was released from the hospital a couple days ago for Severe dehydration to the point where I developed Metabolic Acidosis, which can be fatal. On top of Hypokalemia which basically means you're potassium starved.

I had a severe crash out after helping a guy push his car from the road into an autozone parking lot and I went into shock. My chest was extremely tight, I was fighting to simply breathe and stay awake, my legs couldnt support my weight from standing, and my vision was extremly blurred. Not something I'd ever wish on anyone.

Please remember to take care of yourself. I haven't done so myself for multiple reasons.. still trying to figure out my self worth problems. But I don't ever want to feel like that again.

Down here in Western North Carolina got messed up pretty bad. Hoping everyone on the east coast got through it safely.

Been 8 months now into 2024. I hope everyone's year has been smooth so far. Much smoother than mine has been to me. I might think about delving back to Tumblr for a short while. See what's all changed

Oh Hey Solar! Has been quite a while huh? Sorry, I've been extremely busy and haven't really been able to be around much. I haven't been getting too much mail so yeah, kind of going off the grid again.

So....not gonna lie here... I've recently dabbled into VRChat.. the amount of new friends and different people I've met is INSANE. I think I've officially joined the community..

And in case you're wondering, I've assumed the white ninetailed fox.

It's been kinda hard not to jump on VR when I get the chance. As much fun as I've had on Tumblr over the years, I'm honestly not sure how much value I even have on Tumblr. I have valued every friend I've made who's put up with me over my time here and I love you for it.

I'm just saying....it might be time to finally move on from this as did many people I've befriended on Tumblr.
