Kai @ Series: you mentioned that dragon types arrived on their own whim. Do you know how that came to be?

[Series eyes the Riolu intensely-something was off about Kai, but they were not the one to reveal such matter.]

[Their eyes only continued to flare as they took in what was asked, Series' hostility filling the starscape with no place to take refuge in.]

They arrived through a rift, a small crack in the universe that they managed to claw their way through.

Siblings, those were the leaders. They went through first, and the rest followed.

Cepheus: Yo, how's it hanging? Your vibe is most immaculate. You look most powerful and I dig it. How strong would you say you are, most awesome one? I've also gotta ask since I heard it on the grapevine that you're not the biggest fan of dragons? What's the deal with that? Chill if you don't wanna answer. Just curious.

[Series doesn't seem to elaborate on the question of their strength, almost as if wary of revealing any potential limits.]

[However they seem less on edge in the presence of another Arceus, especially with one that carries themselves the way Cepheus currently was.]

The Draco Plate contains the unfiltered energy of their type. If they were to realize that power, it would be cataclysmic due to their ancestry.

The Dragon type as it is exists only through an agreement with the original dragons. In order to interact with the worlds beyond they had to relinquish their primal power, weakening themselves. If they did not, they would have overpowered any and all life.

Capital looked at Series inquisitively, a smile on their face. They asked, "all Arceus are meant to have Plates, no? At least most that I know, do. What use do you give them? I wonder if they are simply a tool to you, or something more." They paused briefly, smile unwavering, before asking another question: "Oh, I do hope it is not rude of me to ask, but ah, since you do seem to dislike dragons... what about the Draco Plate? Do you regard that power of yours differently than the rest...?"

They are to follow specific guidelines that I have given them, in order to carry out my judgement. It is much easier to have them use their perspectives to make localized decisions.

The plates contain primordial, cosmic power within them. Those who have such a plate channel the unfiltered power of their element, and so they are only in the possession of legendaries and mythicals that I deem worthy and responsible of carrying that power.

I burden myself with that wretched Draco Plate, I would rather carry it than let it reach the claws of one of those beasts.

Omni @ Arceus: Powerful beings were nothing new to Omni. Arceus and the like were nothing new to her - but this one radiated an aura of anger. To whom, she didn't know.

"Hello, I'm Omni," she offered to start with, "you seem upset."

"Did your creations give you some grief?"

The plates, however, are starting to fall short of their responsibilities. I am giving them the slightest grace to fix their behavior, before I am forced to reassign them.

I may have the appearance of stubbornness and ire, but I am not without reason.

“Lord Arceus,” The knight kneels before them, “I have but a small query for you.”

Hendrik rises, but maintains his formal tone and posture. “I can sense your aversion to dragon type pokemon. Is there a cause for that? You need not share if you do not want to, of course.”

They were not planned for in this universe, they arrived on their own whim.

[Series is curt with their response, but seems to not be irked by the presence of the two.]
