Ukrainian city of Sumy, Christian holiday of Palm Sunday. Russian ballistic missile killed at least 21 people and injured 34 more (update: 83 injured, including 7 children).
At the same time, representatives of the US government travel to russia, communicate amicably with the war criminals, and lie about russia's desire for peace. This is more than outrageous. There isn't yet a word for it.
