Okay so more details - customer service responded right away saying they never made a mistake like this, acknowledged the mistake and said they will find a way to send the products to Croatia on their charge so we wouldn't have to pay customs again
Few days later they responded to my mom's email stating oh no, we've actually sent you everything and you've gotten the products, walking back what they said before
The response was at 9am on a Sunday, our time, which was 3am in Texas where they're situated (?????) so that's already so strange
The reason why the order was so big is because there's not a single place where you can buy the products here and it made sense to buy in bulk and pay customs once, this was 4 months worth of products
We're giving them a few days of grace to respond to my mom's latest email stating that no, we haven't gotten all the products, we've only received 1/6th of the products we were supposed to receive
The box was sealed when it arrived and the weight shows that inside there were only 6 packages instead of 6x6
In the meantime since the order up until now, a bad review appeared on trustpilot from someone in a similar situation, and two bad reviews that were recent put their score from 4 something that it was when my mom checked, to 2.7
I believe my mom connected her card to paypal in order to pay for things like this
So far the handling of this has been extremely unprofessional
For the people asking if they can buy and ship the products to us, I'm not sure how that works unfortunately, if this counts as medical supplements, I don't want anyone getting into trouble for trying to send these things to us, that's why we went with stores and sellers - because they're licensed to do that
Kai is doing well, unaware of the drama, fighting her sarcoma and being the cute and positive old gal that she is
and lastly, for the people who sent donations on Ko-Fi - thank you so much!! i never asked nor expected for that, but the donations are greatly appreciated and help a lot, thank you for the help!! you are all very kind

after these few days pass and we see how the seller responds, we'll respond accordingly
i'm taking everyone's advice about the ftc, better business bureau etc. and keeping them in mind in case we end up having to report the store if they continue denying us :(
