Hey folks! Long update for y'all!
Shopify messed up a lot of tracking info for orders and our packing slips so we've been having to manually check each order while packing (roughly 200 open orders) which is why it's been taking so long to get the BF orders all packed up, but they're finally dropped off at the post office as of today! (Saturday 2/1)
There's a small handful of orders that we weren't able to pack since the black gold items poured for them didn't meet QC so they'll be repoured over the weekend to ship on Monday. We will be emailing these orders individually with this update since it's less than 10 orders affected, so if your tracking hasn't updated by tomorrow afternoon check your email!
After we restock on shipping supplies we'll be getting the last drop shipped, and we're starting preparations for a Valentine's drop on 2/14! feel free to drop pour inspo in the comments 💕
Onto personal updates! I'm recovering well from surgery and should be back to work like normal after the weekend! Recovery has been fairly easy and I have a lot more peace of mind after this procedure 😊

Oh geez, how are you doing after the hurricane?
We're hanging in there! We just got our power back but still waiting for Internet to be restored. There's a lot of damage to our city's infrastructure, but we'll eventually recover. The amount of community outreach for folks in need has been tremendous. It's awful to see such a disaster take place but really heartening to see folks take care of each other
Hurricane Helene thought she could take me out, but I've got a drop at 8pm edt tonight (9/30) ✨anyway!✨
Helene took out our power on 9/27 and it's not estimated to be back until 10/4, but thankfully our local cafe has power and wifi, so I can get listings done to make a drop happen! Pics won't be as nice, but they'll be there 😆
Everything in the shop will be 35% off until preshop starts at 7pm eastern time, so if there's something in the shop you're after now's the time to grab it! All previous orders can be combined with new orders from the drop tonight too to save on some shipping :)

Life update! Long time no post!
I'm so sorry I've been so quiet lately! It's come to my attention there's a good number of emails I've neglected and fallen behind on, so my partner will be taking over answering those from now on to help relieve a bit of that stress for me, you should expect to hear back from us in the next day or so as I get him set up to reply to folks.
For orders waiting to ship, you'll be getting tracking info soon! I've spent this month with family and taking some much needed time to myself for my health.
Mental health talk ahead!
I'm gonna be real with y'all, my mental space has been in a bad spot lately and it's been very hard to motivate myself to get work done. I'm trying not to force myself too much, but obviously the work has to get done regardless, but I do deeply apologize for the long waiting period I've gotten into the bad habit of with shipping orders. As a disabled artist this is my only income and I'm so greatful I can pay my rent with y'all's wonderful support from buying my art! It really means the world to me, so thank y'all for being so patient 💕

These are different from our MTO (made to order) custom type and allow more creative freedom. Full customs allow hand painted details, inclusions, off-menu colors, or whatever else you can dream up! We can replicate complicated past pours, pour something to match your OC or favorite character (within reason! Don't send us copyrighted things pls ;P)
