I dont think I need to take a hiatus or anything like that, however I really don't feel motivated to make anything atm and just feel like I wanna coast by with low effort stuff for rn. I hope you guys are still okay with that. and by low effort shit I mean just stuff like the aforementioned alt outfits I've been doing n shit like that. I knownits not the most exciting art I could be putting out and obvs not madness related at all but I dont have the energy for anything better atm </3
I adore how diverse the bodies you draw are. Different body types, shapes, even more subtle things like noses are different (which i dont see often)! It inspires me to try and diversify my own art more ❤️
AHHHH THANK YOU SO MUCH diversity is a big important thing to me in my character design so I'm glad I seem to be doing a good job with it! I try my very best to diversify my guys down to the damn eyebrow shapes on them lol, im so glad it's inspired you to do the same!
Do the Yume characters only speak japanese or are they bilingual? If they only speak japanese, did they magically become english speakers with the crossover universe thing?
The human crew in YNYK grew up being taught English alongside Japanese, so they're bilingual!
When it comes to the gods, the language they speak cant be understood by humans, so the human brain filters it through their first language, unless the gods actively try to speak a specific language.
For example, while Yume may hear the gods speaking Japanese when she listens to them speak, someone like Raina hears them speaking Spanish instead, even if they're both listening to them speak the same sentence!
if you wanna try Not sure if it would still smell the same but the drink does seem tasty so you can use allspice, ground cloves or cardamon as substitute for nutmeg

I'm aware of her, I thought she was so cool! I'd been aware of the fact they were making a Filipina doll for Way longer than before she was officially revealed bc factory samples of her shoes had begun circulating online, but seeing the final product is so cool, she looks fantastic!! I still can't get over how they incorporated the hanging entrails into being a part of her design via her bodice tassels, she's so creative!
btw, idk if the tiktok you saw displayed this, but she can actually seperate into two parts at her torso, and be displayed in box in half!

Okay so hear me out If you wanna know what the smell is like and you like warm comfy drinks You can make a drink that apparently smells like newborn baby at least my mom and aunt said it smells just like it
you will need: a cup of full fat milk (it needs to be cows milk to be accurate but if you just want a comfy drink use some other milk-adjacent product) 1-2 drops of vanilla extract (do not use too much please) one of those taffy candies that is like really soft chewy caramell and some nutmeg
heat it up, mix together well (until candy dissolves) and voila
yummy drink that apparently smells like baby
making this immediately so i can say ive ingested a baby before

the "newborn scent" doesn't go away as quickly as one would think Some children have the smell until they are almost 2 years old
ofc it depends on the enviroment and what they get fed or how they grow (are they healthy, do they get enough sleep etc)
But some parents swear that the scent sticks around even after that on a specific spot on the back of the head to be exact wich is actually the spot of the head where the skull grows together after you get born
so some doctors have posed the idea that the "sweet newborn smell" is actually the fluid our brains are dispensed in
and now I kinda feel like Hank would get nostalgic for the times where he still had tiny babies around because he split a guys skull open XD
(and yeah that fluid has a rather sweet almost grape-like smell to it even tho it is rarely smelled fresh enough for that to be common knowledge)
