I’m the love that you’ve looked for,
Come with me, and escape.

are you fucking kidding me…. look at this boy. the only one that matters. look at him. nothing else matters.
i think i’m glad they didn’t go overboard and have mac kissing boys all geared up in pride stuff? as much as i went into this wanting that, i’m even more satisfied with how raw and real this was. how mac was vulnerable and afraid, how it was about acceptance and finding your pride in a way that you’re comfortable with, in a way that you want people to see. mac didn’t WANT to be over the top, he just wanted acceptance, and to not feel lost, and to find himself. and he did exactly that in a very mac way that literally brang frank reynolds himself to tears. dee and charlie were focused on the theatrical side of things, the colourful and the happy and the fun and exciting side of it all, but coming out and coming to terms with who you are isn’t always sunshine and rainbows. it’s a long journey, and sometimes it’s bleak, but that’s okay. it’s okay.
macdennis + not wanting to do their gay jobs despite being…
straight men are acting like rcg personally murdered all straight people and honestly they’re right
the way mac was just lying on her lap afterwards and how he was shirtless, half naked, vulnerable, making those quiet tiny sobs that tore my heart out and the way his dancing partner/god held him close and said it’s okay, and how that was probably what macs been needing for years, the simplest thing that hes been denied since childhood and never had until now - someone to hold him simply and without any agenda or complexity, the act of being held by someone who loves u, and how water means rebirth and is symbolic of baptisms, and how mac came into himself and found himself right there on stage, and how im crying at 10:25am
just the overall mood leading up to and probably after this episode
sunny mood :)
