And people are saying it's because of Joe.

But what if William Bowery isn’t Joe?

Just to remind you of a few facts as well:

1. Why does Jack still follow Joe on Instagram?

2. Taylor has only mentioned just “Joe” when talking about William Bowery's identity.

3. The pseudonym hasn’t been updated to Joe Alwyn in the song credits or on Wikipedia. Even though the William Bowery link leads to Joe’s Wikipedia page, it’s odd because the pseudonym wouldn’t be needed if it really was Joe Alwyn.

4. William Bowery's nationality is listed as American, not British.

5. Karlie’s dog is named Joe😭

I’m not sure if it’s really Karlie, but I’m certain it’s not Joe Alwyn

taylor followed an exclusive kaylor blog on tumblr, kaylor-love. they regularly and only posted content shipping kaylor, including fan art and edits, but predominantly fanfics that they made of the two. she still follows them to this day

taylor swift pattern theme?

So for evermore its clear taylor took a lot of inspo from emily dickinson famous lesbian poet for her evemore album. this inlcudes visuals and lyrics associated with the album. specifically the outfits, photoshoots and very specifically the song ivy and also evermore was released on emily dickinsons birthday.

And for the tortured poets department its a similar becuase its clear she has taken inspiration from mainly virginia woolf who had rumored lesbian relationships and also some inspiration from mary shelley who was rumored to be bisexual. its clear for certain songs they lyrically carry the vibe of virginia wolf. and for the fortnight mv its clear mary shelley was the inspiration.

now for a future album maybe ts12 as it has a more vibrant and lilac/ violet/ pinks, blush and gold toned aesthetic based on recent outfits and easter eggs. I would love for her to continue this theme of dedicating albums to famous queer female writers and poets!! for ts12 I would love to see it based around sappho. I would love for it to have a ethereal garden poet vibe with lots of floral imagrey and silkly flowy elements.

I just think this would be a nice way to continue this theme of using queer writers as inspiration for albums!! and would love to see a sappho inspired album.

( I couldn't pinpoint any clear queer writer inspirations for folklore or midnights so if you know of a queer writer or poet who is tied to those albums please let me know)!!

Illuminating: Style and its obvious clues

Opinions have been varied on who Style is about, obviously many claim it's about Harry Styles because of their relationship, as well as Dianna because of her James Dean photoshoot.

Even though I knew of Karlie's James Dean photoshoot on Dec 2012, I was still on the fence since the lyrics is talking about the cycle of intense love, crashing down, and coming back to the same person. So if they just met, how can this be about her, right?

However, since Taylor's clues have pointed to the timeline being a public narrative, such as:

I am inclined to believe they have met longer than the public knows.

Clue # 1 - Style was written and recorded by Feb 19, 2014 while Dianna's InStyle magazine was Feb 2014 and Karlie's was Dec 2012. Not definitive but it's a start.

Clue #2 - might be the most obvious one yet and it's in the lyrics

"You got that long hair, slicked back, white T-shirt"

Both had the slicked back hair, only Karlie has worn a white t-shirt.
