sometimes i miss periods of my life that amidst them felt like some of the darkest times i had experienced so i try to remember that when i'm going through another dark time. it is dark but one day i will miss this. and i can choose to notice and appreciate now the good around me that i will one day ache for again. anticipate it and lean into it. i think that's where the light is
