I want glow-in-the-dark glasses frames.
Not only would they be an unmatchably cool accessory, but it would actually be really useful and practical- you can see them more easily, if they're not being worn. I'd do anything to avoid another false alarm when I wake up and can't find my glasses because they've fallen on the floor out of reach.
One of the stranger things about training brand new nurses is explaining how to min max small talk. It feels very weird to coach people on how to chat.

I love everything about this. I love that these are real practical steps. I love seeing the behind-the-scenes glimpse at the healthcare profession. I love that I'm not the only nerd who has systematically flow-charted human behavior in my head to be less awkward when interacting with people, AND that I'm not the only nerd to post it on Tumblr.com.

HEY, FELLOW HATERS OF INSANELY-BRIGHT CAR HEADLIGHTS, SOMEONE HAS STARTED A PETITION TO REGULATE THEM.
It's an official petition through the Australian Government's e-petition page, which means if it gets enough signatures, it will be tabled in government.
You do have to be an Australian citizen to sign it, BUT!!! PLEASE REBLOG THIS EVEN IF YOURE NOT, because these kind of things have a roll-on effect, and if Australia legislates LED headlights, then other countries may follow.
FYI, the petition asks only for your name and email, and once you've clicked the sign button, they'll send you an email to confirm your signature --- you need to click the confirmation link in the email to have your signature counted.
Please do this so we can copy you, Australia, I hate those things so much
