["Hello everyone I hope you are doing well. I know that this might seem very sudden, but I have decided that I am going to be quitting content creation. This is due to far too many factors for me to name, and the majority of those factors are far too personal for me to share publicly. Simply put, I feel that the way I am now, I am not fit for this sort of thing, nor am I skilled for this sort of thing, as it is no secret that I have never been good with consistency due to all the reasons that shall go unsaid for now, and I feel that the quality of my content is mediocre at best.

I will continue publishing fanfics on AO3, but outside of that I am not planning on doing content creation anymore. No more streaming, no more youtube videos, no more voice acting. If you had cast me as a character and still wish for me to play that role moving forward, then by all means please reach out and we can discuss the future of that role, but from here on out I will not be accepting new roles unless given a good enough reason to.

This server will continue to be a place that encourages collaboration and fosters creativity, but I will no longer be one of those creators. I am very grateful to everyone who has supported me, especially the members of the BlueJay73 Productions Team and I apologize to them especially for this sudden news. Who knows? Perhaps one day I will try streaming again, but as of now I do not have the motivation or morale to keep doing so. I also highly encourage anyone currently subbed to me on twitch to please cancel your subscription so that you do not lose money that is not going to anything. I truly am saddened by this decision, but it is one that I have been thinking on for a long time now, and feel the necessity to make.

I also want to deeply apologize to the artists whom I have contacted about potential commissions for upcoming projects, as those projects have obviously been postponned indefinitely and/or cancelled outright. I truly feel guilty and saddened for pulling out of those potential transactions so suddenly and without warning.

I doubt that anyone will be bent too out of shape over this news, as I have virtually been non-existent as a content creator anyways, but in case this news does sadden or hurt any of you then I am truly sorry. I once again thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for supporting me in these attempted endeavors, even if I often failed to follow through."]

So within two days of each other, Fox News writes an article comparing aromanticism and asexuality to pedophilia, and then Matt Walsh releases a video saying asexuality is a mental illness and asexuals are tricking teenagers into having depression.

Not sure what’s going on right now over in Conservative World, but it’s a hell of wild U-turn for them to suddenly switch from “Oh no! The left is sexualizing our children!” to “Oh no! The left is asexualizing our children!”

It’s a reminder, I guess, that they’re coming for all of us. The fash and the white supremacists will not make nice distinctions between the queers when they put us up against the wall. There is no gatekeeping, no label-policing, no purity-purging and no assimilation that any of us can do that will save us. They want us dead, and while they’ll start with whoever is most vulnerable at any given time, they’ll get around to all of us eventually.

Queer solidarity means all of us because the fash are coming for all of us.
