Imagine OP telling Jazz that they can’t afford to just let him watch Prowl forever. Jazz has responsibilities. The Autobots need him so it’s just a matter of time until he has to leave Prowl.
Also I don’t know who is the “new guy” but OP would definitely find someone to be his new tactician instead of Prowl.
