Underrated JRPG feature is when one party member uses some non-weapon object as a weapon, but you still upgrade your stats by buying weapons, so now every weapon shop in the world needs to carry parasols of increasing lethality

#i grew up not far from toronto so thats a yes on its own#but i know parts of A Christmas Story were filmed in the town i live in now#and also parts of the Madam CJ Walker mini series on Netflix that Octavia Butler was in#was partially filmed on the literal street i lived on at the time#i walked past the set on the way to work every day it was neat#edit: i wrote octavia butler and meant octavia spencer - havent had coffee yet apologies

I love watching movie credits like whoa all these people worked on this movie. And not one of them at any of point was like whoa don't you think this movie is perhaps too dark and you can't see shit?
